Building a snowman

Hello, Here I am! How are you? Fine? Me too. Imagine, it has been snowing most of the day in Dunafoldvár.

In the morning I had a look out of the window in my parents` bedroom and I got so excited... Everything was white!

I ran to Daddy, who was up to his eyes in work today, to greet him, show him my new dress and...

Yes, I was thinking how I could ask him to devote some time to me outside in the snow. With a hug, a smile or saying `Papa` with a cute tone?

:-)

`Hey, Daddy! I know you`re extremely busy today, but...` Well, Daddy couldn`t take his eyes off me! He found me very pretty in my new dress. Meanwhile Mummy asked him to join us when we were going outside. `Daddy! Speed up, please.`

He even promised me to build a snowman. :-) Another hidden talent of his will turn out soon...

I was a good girl; I let Daddy work in the morning.

I played by myself and also with Mummy.

Then suddenly I heard steps from the hall. Yes, Daddy was coming down to ask if I was ready for some winter fun.

I gave my pink boots to Mummy as a hint. She helped me to put on my warm winter clothes, then we went to the garden. It was still snowing softly.

I showed Daddy that I was wearing my gloves, so we could start building the snowman.
There was only one precondition: it should be nicer and bigger than the previous one. :-)

The weather was mild, the snow was perfect, sticky enough to create a nice ball by rolling it on the ground.

When it was big enough, I showed the perfect spot for the snowman.
Oh, while I was walking, the fresh snow was crunching under my feet.

Daddy was enthusiastic to build me a big snowman.

He was enjoying his second childhood. :-)

Mummy and me were proud of him and the result of hard labour.

Posing time :-)))
Then I added the finishing touches to the masterpiece: I tried to remove the soil freckles from the snowman`s face, but in vain. Anyway, we had some fun with our snowman.

After being outside for more than half an hour, it was time to have lunch. After eating my delicious vegetable sauce with chicken, I was happy to help Mummy with cleaning a little bit.

Daddy had already gone upstairs to continue working. I still had some time till my afternoon nap, so I rearranged the furniture in the dining room.

Then I was paying and playing...

At around 1.30 pm it was enough of playing as I got tired and grumpy. I wanted to go to bed.
I looked for my oliphantje (Oli) to cuddle. Then I was taken to my room upstairs to relax.

So that was my story for today. Did You like it?

See you soon. Bye-bye!
