HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Hoi, Gelukkig nieuwjaar! Szia! Boldog Új Évet!

Well, here I am with a new story on my brandnew blog for 2010. New year, new blog, new stories on my new laptop... Your smiling Little Princess will entertain You at least twice a months. :-) If Mummy had more time, she would put a nice story here almost every day! Anyway, now have fun with my New Year`s Eve celebration story. It`s 31st December, 2009. We are at home in Dunafoldvár. My Dutch Grandmother, Beppie, and Uncle Peter flew home on 26th Dec, but my Hungarian Granny and my two brothers are with me. We`re preparing for the party. :-) Daddy has already made a tray of oliebol (fánk) to cherish the Dutch traditions. We also went to the city centre to buy a small PINK trumpet for me and some paper decoration. Look! Daddy`s showing me how to blow it.

After the afternoon nap it was Daddy who changed my nappy and my clothes. The evening before they agreed with Mummy that I would celebrate the New Year`s Eve in my Chinese clothes, which Daddy had bought for me in China in July. Now I`m big enough to wear it.

It makes me even cuter!!!

I played a lot after eating my fruit. There is a new game which I love. Somebody builds me a sky-scraper out of my building blocks or wooden puzzles, then I come and destroy it! The higher the tower, the bigger my enjoyment is... and also the wider my smile is! Look! I`m the cruel Demolition Girl! ;-)

Here I`m with my brothers; we`re watching a comic show on TV and playing.


Hey! Party time! Dancing, then relaxing... Dancing, then relaxing... Happy New Year!

Oh, it was enough of the party! I`m getting tired. I can hardly keep my eyes open. `Come, Oli! Let me cuddle you!`
Ok. At 8 o`clock it was time to go to bed. Of course, I had my bath with Daddy, then I was breastfed. Yes, I still have Mummy`s milk, but only before going to bed. Welterusten!

So I fell asleep quickly, although in the picture above I didn`t look tired at all. The others stayed up till after midnight. They had a nice time without me. :-(

With each other, with the champagne and the delicious food and cakes made by grandma and Mummy...

After Daddy`s private fireworks, which didn`t wake me up, the grown-ups played cards till 1.30a.m.

On New Year`s Day I didn`t have a hangover and I wasn`t tired at all. On the contrary, after getting up I was so full of energy that I offerred to help Daddy with unloading the dishwasher. And I didn`t even break anything!

In the morning we went for a walk along the Danube; the weather was rainy and cool. Despite the gloomy weather I stayed cheerful. I`ll be happy in the new year! :-)

The after party continued in the afternoon. I played a lot with my parents, grandma and also with my big brohers, Krisz and Roli. Look how everybody is enjoying my company!

In the evening I called my other grandma and my friends to wish them Happy New Year with lots of love and happiness.
